This is an exceptional book that offers new and future moms a lifeline . This book empowers women to prioritize their well being without having to feel the societal pressures. Mom shaming is very real , and the author did an amazing job covering this very important topic. I found a great deal of kindness and empathy from the author all while adding humour to her real life journey . I appreciate the pieces that she chose to share with the world . I recommend this book.
